Ready to learn something new?

We offer a variety of classes covering topics from gardening and food preserving to seasonal crafts! Many of our classes are taught by our knowledgeable staff members, but some classes feature expert guest instructors.

Class registration will close when the class is full or at 5 pm three days before the class date. For Saturday classes registration will close on Wednesdays at 5 pm. To ensure social distancing we are keeping class sizes small, so register early to reserve your spot before they fill up!

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking steps to make sure our classes are safe for everyone involved. We ask that all class attendees wear masks. Tables and materials will be spaced to allow for social distancing, and many of our classes are held out doors, or in our open air greenhouse. Decorating Succulent Pumpkins- Saturday, October 23rd, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Succulent pumpkins are beautiful and make lovely gifts and décor. Come to this hands on workshop and create your own works of art! No experience necessary. You have the option to decorate one large pumpkin or three mini pumpkins!

Sauerkraut- Saturday, October 30th, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Learning how to make sauerkraut is fun and easy, and homemade sauerkraut is full of probiotics and beneficial bacteria. Our expert kraut maker, Justin, will teach you all you need to know to make your own healthy sauerkraut at home, and you’ll take home your own sample.

Pumpkins are delicious and nutritious! Learn how to take your Halloween decor from whole pumpkin to gourmet dish in this class taught by farmer Justin featuring autumn inspired sweet and savory recipes.

Thanksgiving Centerpieces – Saturday, Nov 20th, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Craft your own handmade Thanksgiving centerpiece made with fresh, aromatic mixed greens, fresh flowers, candles, and a bow ready for the Holiday Season! We will walk you step by step through the process of creating a beautiful, one of a kind centerpiece.

Make Your Own Kombucha – Sunday, Nov 21st, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Kombucha is a delicious fermented probiotic beverage with many health benefits including improved digestion, inflammation, immune function, and countless others. Come learn the ins and outs of brewing this bubbly drink and take home everything you need to get started at home. This class is taught by Oregonic Tonic, local brewers of organic, craft kombucha!

Decorating Christmas Wreaths – Saturday, December 4th, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Decorate your own gorgeous holiday wreath. We’ll supply you with everything you need to decorate your 22″” Noble Fir Wreath but
we encourage you to bring family keepsakes to make your wreath truly one of a kind!
