CLASS Herb Infused Vinegar
- Sunday, October 27th from 1pm - 2:30pm
Discover the wonderful uses and properties of select herbs in this informative workshop. You’ll also learn how Oregon’s unique climate helps them flourish. After exploring these herbs, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own herb-infused vinegar to take home.
Participants will leave with up-to-date, tested instructions for making food-safe products, allowing you to continue crafting flavorful creations at home. Class led by Maureen Quinn from Oregon State University Extension Service.
