CLASS Food Dehydrating Basics

Discover the essentials of food dehydrating and learn how to preserve fruits, vegetables, and more for long-lasting enjoyment. While this is not a hands-on workshop, there will be a visual demonstration.
You'll gain practical tips for achieving high-quality results at home and get to taste a variety of delicious samples and explore creative ways to package your dehydrated treats, making them perfect for gifts. Class led by Maureen Quinn from Oregon State University Extension Service.
