A large growing flamboyant Salvia with long spires of deep violet purple flowers on a bushy plant. Though hardy in general to zone 8, it's usually best to plant this beauty as an annual. Drought tolerant, great cutf lower, all the pollinators and birds love it, deer and rabbits don't, and its beautiful. If you have the room, you won't b sorry you added this one.
