Maroon-purple stems and giant velvety, deep olive, heart-shaped leaves with heavy veining. Massive clusters of bluish-lilac pom-poms have a lovely lilac fragrance. A superb, tropical-looking addition in bloom, and well worth growing for the foliage alone!
