Italian Prune features large fruit with deep purple skin and a freestone interior. Its rich flavor becomes exceptionally sweet when fully ripe, making it ideal for enjoying fresh, dried, or canned.

This vigorous and cold-hardy tree blooms late in the season and produces a bountiful harvest in late summer. It is self-fruitful, meaning no additional pollinator is needed.
